705 Diffusion Pump Fluid-Can produce ultra - high , ultra - clean vacuum


The diffusion pump oil is mainly used to meet the requirement of high - speed pumping and high vacuum degree of a large amount of gas or vapor in the production operation.

The 705 diffusion pump oil is a single component liquid from colorless to yellowish.  It can be used to produce ultra-high vacuum from 10-9 to 10-10 (no trap) and 10-11 (including trap).

The vapor pressure and reflux rate of the 705 diffusion pump oil are very low, so there is no need for capture and cooling in some ultra high and ultra clean vacuum applications. In all organosilicon diffusion pump oil, it has the highest benzene content and the strongest radiation resistance.


Short adjustment run time-One-component silicone oil takes much less time to reach maximum capacity with multicomponent oil.

Fast evacuation-Compared with those that use motor oil for diffuser pumps. The diffuser pump using silicon oil can operate under the condition that the front stage pressure is higher than 20% to 300%. If you want to obtain higher gas flux at the high pressure end of the diffuser pump's working range. Heat input can increase 20% to 30%.

Minimal reflux-The vapor pressure of the single component silicon oil is very low, so it is not necessary for many traps or existing traps to be cooled.

Longer service life-The thermal and chemical stability of silicone oil ensures long term operation without loss or pollution.

Cleaner systems and less maintenance-At the baffle temperature, the low vapor pressure of the silicone oil leads to low mobility. The nozzle and boiler surface are kept clean. Under the operating conditions, there is almost no decomposition of the silicone oil.

Faster cycles, lower downtime, fewer oil replacements-The recovery rate of silicon oil after exposure to air at operating temperature is several times that of the oil. Since silicon oil has excellent antioxidant and anti hydrolysis properties, the vacuum can be removed without cooling the diffusion pump, so the cycle time is greatly shortened.

The product shall be stored at 25°C ( 77°F) or 25°C ( 77°F) and original unsealed container. The shelf life of the product should be 60 months from the date of production.

Avoid freezing.


Considering the rare and undefined conditions at 21 degrees C (70 degree F), 704 diffusion pump oil will crystallize. Therefore, 702 diffusion pump oil is recommended as a priority for sealing sensors in low temperature environment
